AB-COM s.r.o., the operator of the website www.abcom.tv, processes personal data of users of the website www.abcom.tv as the data controller.

We assess your satisfaction through email questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers program, in which our e-shop participates. These questionnaires are sent to you every time you make a purchase, provided that, in accordance with § § 62 of Act no. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, you do not refuse to receive electronic mail for direct marketing purposes. Processing of personal data for sending questionnaires within the Verified by Customers program is based on our legitimate interest in assessing your satisfaction with your purchase. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback, and analyzing our market position, we use an intermediary data processor, the operator of the portal Heureka.sk, to whom we may provide information about purchased goods and your email address. Your personal data will not be provided to any third party for their own purposes. If you wish to opt-out of receiving questionnaires within the Verified by Customers program, you can do so at any time by using the opt-out link in the questionnaire email. After receiving your objection, we will no longer send you questionnaires.

Security and Protection of Personal Data:

All personal data is adequately secured against theft, loss, damage, unauthorized access, alteration, and dissemination. We have implemented appropriate technical, organizational, and personnel measures that correspond to the level of technological development.

Retention of Personal Data:

Personal data of our clients is processed for the purpose of providing services without an expiration date.

Personal data processed in our internal systems is not provided to third parties, except as required by applicable legislation.

In accordance with the relevant regulations, you may request access to your personal data and information about how your personal data is processed.
